Shareholders by law do not have any say in running the company. They can only vote what the directors put forward to them including voting the directors in or out. Only if a shareholder (or group of shareholders) has enough voting power, the shareholder can have significant influence over the running of the company.
With even False9 changing sides, I think the board may not have such a gay time this AGM.
