Correct Kenny! Of course they were going to do a CR, that's the whole purpose of being listed and given the cost to get from here to production is probably $8m+ it's not very insightful to pick that they were going to do a raise.
What is more important than how much is who from. A big institution backing them at this stage is a massive positive for the company. After that it's just tick the boxes all the way through to production (or massive takeout which is even more likely)
