CCEs bid gets serious

Good move to offer work to redundant car industry workers.  That, and using Mike Fitzpatrick's profile to promote the bid in AFL mad Adelaide.

"Meanwhile, an energy company backed by former AFL chairman Mike Fitzpatrick wants to employ up to 150 former car industry workers to build a grid-scale battery in Adelaide’s north.

Carnegie Clean Energy, one of three bidders for the State Government’s planned 100MW battery, is now searching for a northern suburbs site, aiming to deliver a new industry for the state after Holden’s Elizabeth plant closes on October 20."
