Your concerns are valid and this IS where the risk is. However what is the time frame in which you expect to see the off take? I agree before they raise the capital required to start the mine would have helped ease the doubts of holders. So do they have a deal or not? I believe management have done well up to now and deserve a little bit of credit. So as you can see, my money is on this being a success.
