Not a target for an existing player....but geeze...if l was a Chinaman....pay it off in less than 2 - 4 years and then have another 20+ years 'free' graphite. That may look more attractive than funding someone else's mine for 1.4 years free graphite....and then start paying for graphite ...it would be interesting to see who has bought most of the shares recently
