At the last AGM the company advised that the MIdas software was new to the market (though potentially market leading) and at that time there had not even been any sales.
So to me, seeing some material sales from Midas would be the first target, never mind being NPAT accretive.
Personally I think being a software developer is a very different business to product manufacture/distribution and I am not enamoured by PGCs entry to this sector. I would prefer that they stick to their knitting.
