In my opinion the gold price will more like average 730 next year and LHG's cost should be about US$200-250/oz
Also, in the several yrs that I have held the stock I dont think it has ever had a PE 15, I remember when when it was 150. They have also forcast 900,000 oz for 2008 and seem to be bettering forecast in recent times. I would expect to see a much higher price for this stock going forward (after the initial sell off).

I will be surprised if we dont see $5 in 2008, but then again I could be wrong!
