Existing shareholders would not support an SPP without a 'deal' announced. Now clearly JPR have such a 'deal' that 'may' come to fruition if shareholders approve a large placement to the 'vendor' of the 'deal' .... cant have it both ways Os Im afraid , as MaCamma says , lets be thankful that the s/p isnt still stuck at 4.5c !!
