Regarding QIN's debt, I was under the impression that most of it is fairly long-term, aimed at bridging the gap between now and major harvests to come, and that it was issued at better rates than TFS previously had to pay, ie their lenders were happy to refinance at lower rates, which implies that their own due diligence didn't reveal any major concerns.
