Cashken, you are undoubtedly quite correct: markets go up and down and a lot of the personal attacks on Fenn seem to be a thinly veiled criticism of the TO process and insto CR quite well understood and better understood possibly everywhere else in the developed world.
The attacks on Fenn, KPMG, DOW Board and other hangers on like UBS is a bit small town thinking. not befitting the 13th largest economy in the world. Is UBS Australia not waiting? Why is UBS not concerned due to its underwriting? Because there is nothing to be concerned about.
DOW will do well out of this I feel and the recovery may start happening this week in terms of sentiment towards the deal. And as for the brokers, Zak Mir, The Moose Barsford and Tip TV have a common catch phrase in respect of them: the comical side of the markets: watch the brokers re-rate DOW as sentiment improves.
Fickle stuff IMHO but pls DYOR.
