I would put such an article into the realm of self serving rumour, without any extra information. The retail offer is only 25% of the total - usually when there are big problems, a lot of the offer moves across to the retail issue to try to give the illusion that everything is OK. The small proportion of the retail offer was one factor that got me interested in a dip buy. Lets see what happens over the next few days.
