Metals Australia Ltd - Request for Trading Halt

The Directors of Metals Australia Ltd (the Company), hereby request a trading halt to be placed on the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a material acquisition and a capital raising. The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 29 March 2017. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
