    Dilution is possibly already discounted. A$8 down to 12.5c!
    Look back a few years at the D4E deal done in U.K. with Helphire (now Redde REDD)
    There was a D4E deal done along with a rights issue. 20 fold increase in share price since.
    Redde and SGH are similar companies. Both got into a 'bit of a bind' with debt and cashflow!
