i think what rise is stating is that he is not concerned if he buys now or latter as he is a trader so if he dos not get in at his price he will by on the ANN that"s his way of thinking i do have lots of respect for him as he is not influenced from all the noise that"s happening around him & the most important of all is that he has no emotions when he is buying or selling that what makes him very successful trader ...I take my hat to him as he has made a number good calls
