Yes it doesn't appear that $30M would be anywhere near enough. Having said that, if Acacia have put the stake on the market I doubt there is a lot of other interest given the Tanzanian government's current actions don't really encourage investment.
I agree that something corporate is afoot since ORR are pretty frugal and no doubt could get by until completion of the DFS without the extra $20M. I'm not sure what sort of pre-approval capex they could use it for given ORR still only hold a minority share of the project at the moment.
