Thats not an easy question to answer. The WLEO options are in the money at the moment so exercising them isn't a terrible idea (you can't get the shares cheaper on the market). The 1c dividend isn't a huge sweetener in my opinion (the opportunity cost of not exercising and waiting longer for the price to develop further and potentially sell on market is small), so I'd personally only be rushing out to exercise them before April 10 if I was considering exercising them soon anyway.
Obviously, I'm not a qualified professional able to advise others and this is just my thoughts for my own holding.
