It's potentially a conflict because RD has to decide whether to terminate the HOA for a company of which he is the chairman. I'm not saying it is a conflict, but I am saying these issues need to be considered. Obviously, I'd rather they were able to pay the balance and everyone lived happily ever after, but is that very likely, given the track record of all concerned?
