Good point Primrose....and l hope you are right in this instance. A know someone who was investigated once....the ASIC investigators didnt ask him to come into their office for a chat....they turned up at his office, without warning, 2 recording devices and the lawful power to ask anything and see whatever they wanted to there and then....akin to a mobile trial where one is guilty till proves his innocence is how my friend felt....not something my friend ever wants to experience. I believe there is an 'allowable period' before announcements that Directors can buy, however, that would vary with the nature and sensitivity of the information Directors were privvy to at the time. There is a lot of VRC stock trading down tho even if some news is coming soon.
