Exercise price is 0.003, so if you bought CADO at 0.002, you need CAD above 0.005 to make a profit. You can also just sell the CADO on market before expiry. The 3 years to expiry also adds some value to the CADO (time value), so you can expect them to tick up once CAD begins to move (soon, hopefully).
