I would suspect that FAR has already had pre talks with somebody, probably part of the whole PE on sell deal, as this would have been going on for a while.
They are just too confident to take on extra bites like this.
Now the slight SP move, is it due to leak of this news or indeed due to the good Vr1 result news? Someone always seems to know something.
