It's not price sensitive because it seems they haven't actually opened accounts with these retailers yet, they've just commenced the process.

Credit clearances, Insurance, logistics and EDI implementation
Purchase order"

Seems like typical weasily worded stuff to me.

Still, who knows...maybe they'll be blown away.
