The once a day type traders that read the news and set their trades for the open will read no news about corporate action and likely place sell orders for tomorrows open,
That creates a lower day low tomorrow than today, so will take a few days then to roll around for anoth P+D.
Otherwise its possible that in the last Hour of trade it could take a run and close strong like yesterday.
But if the trader already took a 10% stake , then to replicate yesterday would need to up that to 20%.
My guess is a pull back for a few days, and mabe a snap on fridays close if this buyer wants more.
