    Just manipulators bro lol, it'll get pulled before open, typical.. Someone who owns that many shares is either wanting to scare people into selling so he can accumulate more or the announcement is soo terrible he wants out on a profit.. My guess is he is manipulating people into thinking to sell their shares on open
