well it certainly sets up a precedent that the gov is bending over backwards - in my previous post i mentioned that the prime minister was talking about 2 sites in the area and clearly referring to vrc and mns without naming but pretty much saying they are going ahead.
so with this tax exception precedent VRC DFS may look quite more attractive.
