@swordwatcher - the partner has plenty of capital (not sure where you get info that they don't) and seems to have strengthened his position by having what appears to be a "detente" of some sort with the Duterte camp again (not saying they are friendly but direct hostilities have ceased). Not such a great omen for RTG. Also, I am pretty sure there is no intent to purchase the stake at anywhere near these levels. If anything, the'll put more pressure on (which, one has to admit, they have been pretty successful in given the current sp) and eventually get this for a steal when everyone is fed up of the fighting and the cash outflows. Not a bad long term strategy (unless, of course, like us, you hold RTG stock).
