Those pillows have always been on sale but you need to differentiate the technology for cooling.
You'll note in your link that the cooling technology in that pillow only relates to the "vented cooling".
Assuming the new pillows have additional techonolgy that being Alexicool treatment to have the cooling effect go even further. Hence the increase marketing calling it "ULTRA COOLING" rather than just "COOLING"
Just my hypothesis.
Also unsure if Iso-pedic is just Pegasus as google brings up delta comfort labs as well for Iso-pedic. Don't really know anything about the relationships there.
