This is the last development step in the BG Development process.

If you think logically:

Stage 1. OBJ Tech.

Stage 3. Marketing/Branding partner (which have been mentioned in previous ASX official announcements that their relationships have been heating up).

Missing is Stage 2: Contractual agreement with a selected manufacturing/distribution partner that can facilitate the OBJ tech properly [having experience in this field already], and economically.

Stage 2 Signing is absolutely required before Stage 3 commitment occurs. The Stage 3 Company/companies, wouldn't commit to the product signing, if OBJ hasn't first locked down it's actual production of said product.

This is simply a pre-cursor to the big event.

This is not the "end event" we are waiting for.
