    After the conversion, there will be somewhat 1.4 billions new shares issued

    The selling pressure will be tremendous.

    I would suggest for management to put in place a share buy back program to support the price at around the 5 cents mark.

    Rough calculation suggest equity per shares is around 6.6 cents. NTA per share is around 5.4 cents each.
