Sure, but the thing is, from when the Dept. gives approval to mine, PLS then have 12 months before their mill is commissioned.
KDR can do the refit of the Lake Johnson mill before the Dept. gives the approval to mine. The first tonne of ore can go into a mill that is already operating.
