In answer to your questions
Its all about semantics. At the presentation those fortune 500 names were put under the heading Target customers. Upon my question are there already done deals Sigalla's answer was yes. And what do you call an actual sale, an agreement to codevelop automotive products based upon TZL technology cannot be called a sale, but it is very close.
The reason for promoting is that they are just as frustrated about the SP as you and me. If you own the amount of shs that Sigalla is holding then every 5ct represents a small furtune.
As I said before big take-overs will be funded by CS junk bonds. Small take-over where owners/management are important will be partially paid in shs.
