I've re-read the announcement and as usual there's more questions than answers. What does 'Commercial Development' mean. To me it means we've chosen some company to help develop the physical product. Basically we've hired a manufacturer to make a prototype for mass production. The agreement doesn't even specify that the company will manufacture the product as they has the first right of refusal to do so. At the same time we're giving them non-exclusive right to distribute same product, only if they see merit in it..
OBJ supply the formulation and claims, our partner to provide "expertise" (advise?) only at this stage for manufacture, engineering, distribution and packaging.
Sounds like quote for service and advice.
