2 things to consider here:
1)Pallister and QTK either really wanted ZYL OR
2)it was a setup to help Pallister make a whole heap of money from the placement he participated in last year.
If it is the latter, it would not surprise me if he starts dumping big time at market - why did he request for his shares to come out of escrow?
