    Hi,
    Was rereading today's announcement again and noted in para 2 on page 2 that they have an office now also at chingxing - this is the county in zhejiang province where the job for factory manager/ supervisor has been advertised (not announced by company as yet). The job ad says they are building a new factory - where the money to build factory coming from?

    Is today's announcement a pre cursor to capital raising?
