    Have to agree with longtail on this one.

    Pretty harsh to say they have failed. Growth rate well ahead of forecast (how is this a bad thing)

    Not only are they 6 months ahead of above forecast (they will likely hit 100GW this month) they will be 3 months ahead of StateOne forecast which came out only a couple of months ago.

    They had a choice to continue to grow slow and steady with director debt funding in place or raise cash. (StateOne predicted they needed $3mil in FY18).

    They chose the latter to bring forward conversions (of which 70GW is near term) and create more immediate shareholder value. Any future funding likely from debt deal with a big 4 bank +/- conversion of 105mil 2.5c options.

    LPE never had enough money from the original RTO to fund expansion at a 'fast' pace. Sure they could have raised money at a higher price but the SP action hasn't exactly been mirroring the increasing revenues and fundamentals what is a growing company. That's my take on it anyway.
