Whilst hunting for EO details, it occurred to me that one person heavily invested in a successful outcome is Geoff Cumming, still a director.
As at 28-Sep-16, he still had accumulated 22,833,333 share (2% of issued capital) and maybe 6,000,000 options.
Geoff of all people should be across all the transaction details and he has remained as director and not sold
