All the other too'ing and fro'ing aside, lack of buying and just a general disinterest is a normal sign at a bottom. This almost aimless meander down from 8.3 last week is looking like a buying opportunity. Give it a chance there could be something building from this.
The lead-up to this tender announcement will be interesting days.
