cutting it a bit close for the possibility the ML will be granted this quarter, no longer looks likely?
The next hurdle is the expiry of oppies at the end of next month. Will the Oman ML come good to rescue them? I've no doubt the company wants to get them over the line, but will the Omanis play ball?
