Well perhaps they may look at other acquisitions or joint ventures. Perhaps not with BCC, but quite possibly could do with BCC also... who knows what will happen (just pure speculation at this point).
What IS interesting, is what happens if this separate spin-off entity floats. Does that mean CMY doesn't get any of the profits as they become a stand alone company of their own, with their own IPO that people can buy into? Perhaps if so, CMY holders might get some kind of priority in the float?
