" Using the old acceptance form is fine – your shares will be converted at the 1.67 ratio regardless of what form you use (There is no need to cross out 2.04, but you can if you would like some piece of mind).
Paladin is in the process of mailing out updated acceptance forms to all shareholders as this has created confusion with a number of shareholders. These should arrive early next week. However, if you have the original form handy, I suggest using this to avoid missing the 27 April 2007 deadline."
