Yes I know, goldbugs make excuses for gold's poor performance and their own losses by blaming others, it's on here all the time. It's always "manipulation", "capping", "undervalued", "pegged down", "fiat currency".
When I was gainfully employed, I'd see it reasonably often, when some cock-up occurred and I enquired why, it was someone else's fault, not the perpetrators.
Psychologists call it 'psychological projection'.
