Primary supply is fairly well understood, as is consumption.
However, nobody has the foggiest about secondary supply IMO........therefore until I see the evidence of a turn around I will continue to dismiss the market commentators as more of the ill informed punters we've see over the past couple years with hidden agendas.
It is only when supply truly becomes constrained that buyers will begin to compete for it, prices will go up in response to that competition, and then the U train leaves the station.
