    Also need to look at their assumptions on forecast and forward looking sales (and did they use $2.8k/kg for all years or was it done incrementally?). In otherwords I think it would be beneficial to see the whole modelling to see how they derive their ~$800M plantation valuation. One more thing to think about is historical pricing and base case scenarios (doom and gloom type in case of sales and prices falling off a cliff). I'm not sure if this info is available but when one values mining companies and uses assumptions, it is beneficial to look at all scenarios (we have seen commodity prices from uranium to iron fall of a cliff) even though this commodity is very different. Again I would never trust a company telling u something without doing your own research if u can on assumptions especially (in this case its difficult due to lack of publicly available info on sandalwood market) since it seems there is a little bit of uncertainty and murkiness from what we've seen
