As regards $11 to take it one pip down well if there was a buyer for $11 at a higher price would we argue that as well - It is what it is if you think its undervalued and that there are things in the auction that are incorrect place a bid - it only works when there is a lack of interest - The big question is if its such a steal why is there a lack of interest...

The graphs are all pretty but none actually graph the net cash outflow. We had a cash burn of around$2.7 million on $500K revenue, in December we had a cash burn of $2.8 million on receipts of $5.3 million.

As a result of management not unpacking the half year result to disclose the cost of moving or the free or trial margin cost of materials sold I cannot see the gross margin they tell us we have. Really there is no law requiring management to confuse me they cannot on one hand say its confidential and then in the next breath say its 30% plus...

I just dont think we can trot out the cash receipts 4c as anything as we have no evidence of improvement as the cash burn has not dropped other than for the one quarter as I see it and the 4C does not seek to measure profitability just cash in and cash out.

Forgive me if I am skeptical but I dont see management as having ever sought to amplify the information within the results announcements. No where can you see the gross margin right now. The improvement of 14% stated is in fact from a negative to 0.1% ...

You cannot - my opinion - blame the naysayers if all of this was within our managements ability to clarify within the half year result.

I do see improvement in communications but that is a very recent event and we have no hard profitability measures to be able to verify. Also I have to admit that until the second half financial results are out I still cannot see margin as the 4C is not designed to show that. Management can however within the 4C state the financial performance for the quarter as I have seen other industrial companies do. Its within managements ability to amplify any 4C. If they don't do that then the naysayers can still make their claim until the results are audited and out there.

Really I would much prefer to be influencing management to clear up these issues within the next 4C and to make the communication clear. We are cash flow neutral and ongoing run rate is above our break-even requirement. Set the financial milestones and tell us when you hit them ... However don't blame naysayers if management have conflicting or confusing communication.

The market in my opinion is reflecting the uncertainty within this company that's all.

Share price is disappointing no question about that, but company progress & transition into a mature bigger company is soothing to see.
