MB are no dummies and would have covered all their bases, especially the NO vote strategies. You are correct in stating that the period between November (fist offer date) and the announcement of revised bid date was significantly long, which raises cause for concern and a significant amount of time for Central and MB to dot all the i's and cross all the t's.
In an ideal world it would be good if board walked the plank on a NO vote, this IMHO will not happen and hence, alternative measures to remove board may be required, timing is crucial.
CPSA should be taking the lead as stated but with a letter sent to its members and being sympathetic as to what happens to the board on a NO vote and the chain of events that occurred in 2012, one needs to be very very cautious.
Cost and reviews are required and have been done to an extend but time constraints presents the biggest enemy,,I am lead to believe Slater and Gordon may have combed through the issues, who knows certainly not me.
What I will say, our accumulative shares may not pack a punch, but but but it is not hard o pack the required 5% and get the train stranded at central station back into motion. I agree that we seem to have a company that has been in decline and stagnated and not offering shareholders any more than a 60% loss in market cap and share price valuation since year 2012, but some are willing to take up the fight up with the gorilla to seek a fairer deal for all.
