It's great we know now that the interim readout will be either continue/terminate, and importantly if it is continue, that the basis for it is that there is a sign of potential effectiveness against control. As I've said I think a negative reading will be ruinous for MSB, and I'm concerned that they've gone for the CR before the readout, with my thinking being that if they were confident of a positive readout then they could have raised a hell of a lot more money, if they embarked on the CR after the readout was announced to the market. But then again, it gives them a bit of insurance if they get the negative reading, and then if there is a positive reading then their bargaining position has been strengthened by having the 40 mill. in the bank. The principal of one bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush.
