Intelligent Investor- "When we recommended this stock in March 02 we acknowledged the potential for capital loss.So far that has'nt been the case, although the stock is down 13%. The next month is what really counts for tax driven buisnesses like this one so we'll be be keeping our eye on the company's fourth quater results when they're released."
