Trading the gold cycles tends to work but I also hold some. I'm lucky that I can watch closely. Still pick companies with good fundamentals though. BBX was quick play and I'll certainly keep an eye on it. Did a comparison of RMS highs and lows with Van Eck substantial notices the other day and funnily enough they roughly aligned. So they are accumulating and holding price low then pump it and sell then repeat. So you just have do research and play their game.
