help on health issue pls

hi all....

I've got Flu/cold - not in bed, so it cannot be so bad....but a lot of green flame... LOLOLOL

I have been trying to get rid of it as fastest I can but do not want to go to the doc and get antibiotics....

Any tips ?? I've tried garlic pills, tea honey, orange juice....plenty of water.....
