I'm about 101% sure delisting is a plain vanilla default event.... however, they still have an appeals process for the delisting which means they can put foward a plan to regain compliance and all that jazz.... plus the fact that Orbimed & Amgen have had a few opportunities to trigger defaults e.g. recent company violations by the Big Fella.... however, I do agree, even they have limits to their patience....
