To me ..and I stand to be corrected, the almost $4,000,000 in
non current liabilities..is perhaps "off Balance Sheet"..as there are no
Explanatory notes regarding this obligation...but no doubt there are binding obligations
in terms of this liability..which shareholders of course are not
privy to even though such liabilities threaten the "going concern" nature
of the Business....
